  • Why does my order look slightly different from the photos shown?

Do note that photos are purely for reference purposes only and that every flower and foliage are different and each arrangement is unique. No two arrangements are the same. Lighting might also cause the colours to look slightly different in photos. 

In the event that flowers/foliage are unavailable due to season or any other factors, they will be replaced with the next closest one. 

Orders

  • How far ahead should my order be placed?

Orders are to be placed at least 2 days in advanced.

  • Am I able to cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. A full refund will only be made if we are notified immediately/at least 5 working days before the delivery/collection date. No refunds will be provided if we have already started working on your order. 

  • Am I able to add a message to go with my order?

Yes! Simply leave your message in the remarks/notes section at checkout and we will include it on the complimentary message card for you!

  • Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?
We do! Simply drop us an email at [email protected]!

Delivery/Collection

Delivery is available at a fee of $12.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following locations:

- Any Airport Zones

- Checkpoints

- Jurong Island / Port

- Military Camps

- Shipyards

- Tuas

  • What are your delivery timings?

We have 3 delivery timings:

- 11am to 1pm 

- 2pm to 5pm

- 6pm to 9pm

Please note that deliveries will be done within these time frames.

  • Can I opt for a specific timing for delivery?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide that service. For specific timings, we would encourage self-collection instead.

  • Can I choose to pick up my order myself?

You can do a self-collection at MacPherson. Simply select "self-collection" and the full address will be provided upon checkout. Our collection is available every day and the timing is from 11am to 6pm.

  • Do you do same day delivery?

We are currently unable to do same day deliveries.

  • What happens if the recipient is not around to collect the flowers?

We will either get the courier to leave it at the door and send us a photo or you can schedule for a re-delivery at a later timing at a fee of $15.

Re-delivery must be done on the same day to ensure the freshness of the flowers. 

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept credit card payments for orders made through our website. For Paynow/Paylah/Bank Transfer payments, please order through email!
